Seppi’s “MaxCrushr xd” soil stabilizer will make its Italian debut at Samoter 2026. Designed to handle the most demanding and demanding agricultural and forestry applications, it can work soil to a depth of over 50 centimeters and crush rocks and stones up to 50 centimeters in diameter

Agricultural and forestry maintenance and soil reinforcement operations. These are, in a nutshell, the mission profiles of the “MaxCrushr xd” soil stabilizer, which Seppi is presenting for the first time in Italy at Samoter 2026. The Verona show is the stage chosen by the Mezzolombardo-based company to present to Italian operators a machine capable of supporting the most demanding and demanding tasks, both in the maintenance of forestry and agricultural paths and in soil consolidation applications, thanks to its ability to work soil to a depth of over 50 centimeters and crush rocks and stones up to 50 centimeters in diameter.
This performance is made possible by the presence of a next-generation rotor incorporating “Bolt Mono Protect V-Lock” tungsten carbide-reinforced steel tools. These components also benefit from the “V-Lock” system, which securely connects the tool to the cutting rotor.

The latter also integrates additional side tools made of tungsten carbide-reinforced steel, called “Duo Extreme” and “Duo Defender,” designed to maximize the entire assembly’s resistance to wear and impact. Thanks to this solution, the “MaxCrushr xd” can therefore demonstrate maximum operating efficiency even during the most demanding applications. This is further enhanced by the presence of a double carbon chain toothed belt transmission partially integrated into the rotor, which provides a dual benefit.
On the one hand, it ensures constant torque transfer thanks to a 50 percent reduction in friction-induced power losses. On the other, it has allowed Seppi engineers to eliminate traditional components subject to wear, such as pulleys and V-belts, thus eliminating the risk of failures caused by potential overloads or breakages.

All these solutions work together to ensure deep and uniform tilling even on particularly uneven terrain. Seppi’s latest addition to the range benefits from skids that facilitate soil penetration and rapid reaching of maximum tillage depth, as well as a frame incorporating high-strength “Ar400” steel wear plates, easily replaceable if necessary.
Available for tractors with a power range of 300 to 500 horsepower and boasting a working width of 250 centimeters, the “MaxCrushr xd” is also equipped as standard with the “Adam” alignment system, which ensures the implement always works in the best possible position, precisely following the terrain’s elevation changes and simultaneously protecting the tractor’s PTO and driveline from unnecessary and risky stresses caused by particularly uneven terrain.
